Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you peace of mind while we plan your trip.
Cancellation within 30 days of initial payment: Once your trip is planned and your payment schedule is set up you will make your first payment at that time, or pay in full if you so choose. From the date of that first payment until 30 days later you can cancel your trip for a full refund with no penalty if you meet 2 criteria.
1. You must be at least 91 days or more out from your trip departure date.
2. You must not be inside 90 days on the 30th day.
Example: You booked a trip that's exactly 120 days away with 3 payments due and the last one due 30 days before departure as stated in the terms of the booking contract. You must decide to cancel by day 29 because on day 30 you will be inside 90 days before the trip starts. This is strictly enforced for all clients no matter the excuse or reason for canceling 3 days late or even 1 day late. The only way to be fair is to equally enforce this policy to everyone regardless of circumstance. We will book none of your trip until that 30 days is up or you are inside the 90 day mark.
Cancellation after 30 days or inside 90 days before departure: After the initial 30-day period, all payments made toward your trip are considered non-refundable. If you are inside 90 days before the trip begins all payments made are non-refundable regardless of the amount paid be it paid in full or installments. However, we want to ensure your investment is not lost. Should you cancel after this period or inside 90 days, we will stop all future payment withdrawals for the current trip if there are any. We will then issue a company credit for the refundable portion of your payments, which can be applied toward a future trip booked with our company. If we had not yet made a single booking or if the thing we book are refundable you will get full credit for the full amount paid and refunded.
It is important to understand that some bookings—including flights, hotels, and tours—may be non-refundable. The amount of your credit will reflect only the payments made for the refundable parts of your trip. For example, if you paid $2,400 toward a trip but a significant portion of that was spent on non-refundable bookings, the credit amount may be considerably less. See our FAQ for common questions on this matter.
This credit will expire in 24 months from the exact date of issue, unless otherwise prohibited by law in your state. If you have any questions or need clarity on our refund policy then please contact us before you set up your vacation plan with your travel advisor. Once the first payment is made all refunds are according to the refund policy listed above.
